Section 37
May order correction of minor errors
(1) If there is a minor error in the indictment of the case filed in the court and it needs to be corrected, the concerned public prosecutor may file an open petition before the concerned court.
(2) If it is found necessary to correct the error while examining the petition under sub-section (1), the court may order to correct such error. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "minor error" means an error in spelling or typing or printing of the name, surname, age or address of the accused.
